- Any help translating in English this website,
or parts of it. Currently, only the navigation menu, the welcome page,
and original texts of English papers are available in English.

= Postal service: do you know that French is the only official
language of the postal services in the world through their UPU (Union
Postale Universelle / Universal Postal Union)?
But
English has been added as a working language http://www.upu.int/en/the-upu/languages.html
Will it be the same in this website? For sure, I would
be very happy to offer an English version!

- Tout nouveau document parlant de la vente
de la collection Herpin à Philbrick. Et quelle était la date exacte cette
vente ? (début 1866).
- Tout document parlant de la vente en 1880
ou 1881 de la
collection Philbrick à Ferrari, et mentionnant qu'une partie de cette collection
provenait de Herpin.
Quelle a été le prix exact de cette vente ? Selon
les sources, on trouve 7.000£, 8.000£, ou 100.000F.
- Qui est ce V... qui a vendu à Londres sa
collection à Philbrick 365£ ? (voir note (3) à la fin de
cette page)

de la Société Philatélique de Paris, qui
habitait, en 1864, au 48 rue de Babylone à Paris.
